Welcome Parents and Students!

Welcome to Miss Frehner’s third grade classroom website!  This website will help both parents and students stay up to date on what is happening in the classroom.  Parents, this is a great resource to help you stay informed on your students education.  You can find contact information, classroom rules, classroom supplies, announcements, assignments, projects, WebQuests, classroom calendar, and website calendar here on this site, along with other miscellaneous items that will also show up in the assignment or announcements sections.  Students and parents may leave comments or questions about assignments in the comment boxes at the bottom of the pages, and I will give feedback as soon as possible.  Please try to use these comment boxes for only the assignments or projects they are specified for.  With questions or comments related to other issues, please feel free to contact me by either phone or e-mail.

About the Teacher

My name is Randi Frehner, and I am a third grade teacher at North Star Elementary in Portland, Oregon.  I choose to teach in a variety of ways to help facilitate the many different types of learning that my students may have.  I believe that I am a tool to help children reach their highest potential, and will therefore do everything in my power to help my students succeed!  I also feel that one of the most important things to incorporate into the classroom is the community and parents, and so I hope that each parent will take time to stop by and see what exciting things we have going on in our class this year.

  2. Keep our friends safe
  3. Keep our things safe

  • Pencils/Markers/Crayons/Pencil box
  • Glue (glue sticks are least messy)
